Quiches

Assalamualaikum and hi to all my followers...
Happy Sunday!

Hm...since i loveee cooking and baking...i want to open a new labels for my blog.. "Today's Receipe"

Today I want to share with ur guys, a recipe from a magazine Pa & Ma but i have change a little bit this recipe with my own creativity..u too can use ur creativity...well..i hope those mama outside there will like this recipe and try this at home...sure ur family will like it... :)

This recipe is estimated for 3 person.
Resipi ini anggaran untuk 3 orang

Bahan-Bahan ( Ingredient) 

Pai (Pie) :

70gm margerine /Marjerin
1 egg / telur
170gm Multi purpose flour / flour/tepung serbaguna/tepung gandum biasa

Inti (Filling) :

3 eggs/telur
100ml-150 ml fresh milk / susu segar (prefer Dutch Lady)
Salt (Secukup rasa Garam)
100gm mix vegetable (Sayur campur) --di rendam dgn air panas
50gm Grated Cheese (Cheese yang telah di parut)
Also if u want a liitle bit of white pepper..Lada sulah putih..

Cara-cara 


1) Prepare the pie :- Flour,margerine and eggs pour into a bowl and mix it together.
    Sediakan kulit pai terlebih dahulu. Gaulkan tepung, marjerin dan telur bersama.

2) Mix well and roll it well.. put into a pie pan..put aside .
   Uli sehingga sebati dan tekan ke dalam tin pai dan ketepikan.

3) To do the filling-Beat the egg with milk and put a pinch of salt.Then put a side.
    Inti:- Pukul telur,susu bersama garam secukup rasa.ketepikan.

4) Put the mix vege with a grated cheese in the pie.
    Masukkan sayur campur dan keju parut ke dalam pai.

5) Pour slowly ingredient step no.3 into step no.4.
    Bahan telur susu dan garam yang telah di pukul kembang tadi hendaklah dimasukkan ke dalam pai yg telah di campurkan sayur campur dan keju parut tadi.

6) Heat the oven 180C. Panaskan ketuhar 180C.

7) Baked for 30 minutes or until it become golden brown...
    Bakar sehingga 30 minit atau kulit pai bertukar kuning keemasan.

   When it look half baked-u can put grated cheese on it and put back into the oven...
    Sekiranya anda suka kan cheese,keluarkan sebentar ketika setengah masak dan taburkan cheese ke atas pai dan masukkan kembali ke dalam ketuhar.

8) Let it cool and its ready to eat!
    Lepas di keluar dari oven,biarkan sejuk seketika dan sedia di hidang.

P/s : Have to be remember that white pepper have to be little and not too much if this quiches for ur children.
u also can put chopped chillies on top of it.-for adult only.
Juga boleh taburkan cili yang di potong halus ke atasnya.-jika utk dewasa sahaja..


You also can try other filling. The other day i try to do it with my own recipe.
Anda juga boleh tukar resepi intinya, resepi saya :-

For filling : Step No.3
Oil,Chopped onion,chopped garlic,mix vege, Spaghetti Sauce (Prego/ other brand),chopped Beef,pepper...a cup of water..
Minyak,Bawang besar yg dicincang dadu,bawang putih dicincang halus,sayur campur ,daging cincang dan Sos Spaghetti..secawan air..

1) Heat the oil, put the onion,garlic...cooked for a while and put chopped beef into it...then.put the Spaghetti Sauce...mix well..put a cup of water...put a little pinch of thyme and basil into it..pepper...cooked it until the beef is cooked well..
 Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang besar,kemudian bawang putih...selepas itu masukkan daging kisar...masak sekejap dan masukkan Sos Spaghetti..gaul sebentar dan masukkan air..masukkan daun thyme dan basil..lada sulah..masak sehinnga daging masak..

P/s :-Sekiranya tiada sos spaghetti, jgn risau, anda boleh menggunakan sos tomato.
