Happy Sunday!

Hm...since i loveee cooking and baking...i want to open a new labels for my blog.. "Today's Receipe"

Today I want to share with ur guys, a recipe from a magazine Pa & Ma but i have change a little bit this recipe with my own creativity..u too can use ur creativity...well..i hope those mama outside there will like this recipe and try this at home...sure ur family will like it... :)

This recipe is estimated for 3 person.
Resipi ini anggaran untuk 3 orang

Bahan-Bahan ( Ingredient) 

Pai (Pie) :

70gm margerine /Marjerin
1 egg / telur
170gm Multi purpose flour / flour/tepung serbaguna/tepung gandum biasa

Inti (Filling) :

3 eggs/telur
100ml-150 ml fresh milk / susu segar (prefer Dutch Lady)
Salt (Secukup rasa Garam)
100gm mix vegetable (Sayur campur) --di rendam dgn air panas
50gm Grated Cheese (Cheese yang telah di parut)
Also if u want a liitle bit of white pepper..Lada sulah putih..

Cara-cara 


1) Prepare the pie :- Flour,margerine and eggs pour into a bowl and mix it together.
    Sediakan kulit pai terlebih dahulu. Gaulkan tepung, marjerin dan telur bersama.

2) Mix well and roll it well.. put into a pie pan..put aside .
   Uli sehingga sebati dan tekan ke dalam tin pai dan ketepikan.

3) To do the filling-Beat the egg with milk and put a pinch of salt.Then put a side.
    Inti:- Pukul telur,susu bersama garam secukup rasa.ketepikan.

4) Put the mix vege with a grated cheese in the pie.
    Masukkan sayur campur dan keju parut ke dalam pai.

5) Pour slowly ingredient step no.3 into step no.4.
    Bahan telur susu dan garam yang telah di pukul kembang tadi hendaklah dimasukkan ke dalam pai yg telah di campurkan sayur campur dan keju parut tadi.

6) Heat the oven 180C. Panaskan ketuhar 180C.

7) Baked for 30 minutes or until it become golden brown...
    Bakar sehingga 30 minit atau kulit pai bertukar kuning keemasan.

   When it look half baked-u can put grated cheese on it and put back into the oven...
    Sekiranya anda suka kan cheese,keluarkan sebentar ketika setengah masak dan taburkan cheese ke atas pai dan masukkan kembali ke dalam ketuhar.

8) Let it cool and its ready to eat!
    Lepas di keluar dari oven,biarkan sejuk seketika dan sedia di hidang.

P/s : Have to be remember that white pepper have to be little and not too much if this quiches for ur children.
u also can put chopped chillies on top of it.-for adult only.
Juga boleh taburkan cili yang di potong halus ke atasnya.-jika utk dewasa sahaja..


You also can try other filling. The other day i try to do it with my own recipe.

For filling : Step No.3
Oil,Chopped onion,chopped garlic,mix vege, Spaghetti Sauce (Prego/ other brand),chopped Beef,pepper...a cup of water..
Minyak,Bawang besar yg dicincang dadu,bawang putih dicincang halus,sayur campur ,daging cincang dan Sos Spaghetti..secawan air..

1) Heat the oil, put the onion,garlic...cooked for a while and put chopped beef into it...then.put the Spaghetti Sauce...mix well..put a cup of water...put a little pinch of thyme and basil into it..pepper...cooked it until the beef is cooked well..
 Panaskan minyak, masukkan bawang besar,kemudian bawang putih...selepas itu masukkan daging kisar...masak sekejap dan masukkan Sos Spaghetti..gaul sebentar dan masukkan air..masukkan daun thyme dan basil..lada sulah..masak sehinnga daging masak..

P/s :-Sekiranya tiada sos spaghetti, jgn risau, anda boleh menggunakan sos tomato.

Hi...let me share with u my poems...Wait! Hmm...actually i still kept my lovely poem...but i think i will update it tomorrow..I have to look for it.hehehe....OK?

Bout poem,...Hmm...

I love literature..When im in Form 4 and 5, i choose Literature one of my additional subject..and im proud because i get A for that subject..My Schoolmate called me "Minah Jiwang"hahaha... At that age, well, u know,puppy love...all your idea is from your heart...and also of cauze we will loves to hear loves songs...i don't care what types of languages as long it love songs... and my Favourite Love song for Karaoke is "How Do I Live"...and I still remember when i sing that song at Damai Beach Bar last year, my friends don't believe that i can sing that song very well...

Back to the story, i was an Editor for School magazine when im form 4 or 5, can't remember.... I write a simple "Cerpen" and also put some my poems but with my teacher guides..and also i participated Telekom Contest to write a patriotic lyric songs and also patriotic poems for National Day....Oke lah tu...dapat Sijil Penghargaan pun oke...

Haiya...Sorrylah in this diary i write cincai...mix languages...

Hm...I thought i want to have my own novel..so i started to write and kept save it my diskette..At that time, still don't have a pendrive...A sad part is the diskette cannot be used anymore..Huhu....

So i think i want to open new pages label in my blog and i want to write a simple Novel just for us to share...ok?

Hati yang bersih....jauh prasangka...

Assalamualaikum wahai diariku...

Mengapa sukar untuk mendapat hati yg suci dan bersih dari prasangka...Entahlah...aku tak tahu nak cakap macam mana ya...aku pulang penat masak hari ini..tetapi dia lepak dgn kwn2...of coz...dgn guys...almost everynight tiap hujung bulan mesti macam tu..kerap sangat...bukanlah aku nak melarang dia dari berkawan...but i feel that last time before he transfer to this new department, tak pulak mcm tu..bukan tu saja...kejadian tahun lepas yg tak dapat aku lupa sampai bila2...aku rasa dia too much dah membohongi aku sebagai seorang isteri...

Somehow, even though i do the best, i think he don't realize...may be yes...maybe not...

I always try my best...since we are friends...couple..engaged...and married...but why guys always take for granted? i don't really understand...sampai bila nak macam nie? tak fahamlah...

Tuhan beri satu anugerah kepada sang isteri iaitu "Gerak Hati"
Allah gave us an "Instict" to those who called wife...

Aku percaya...tiap kali ada sesuatu yang tak kena pasti benar..its really truth! and it happens many times...

But tak lah nak menyalah dia seratus peratus...kadangkala ada juga kebaikan dari dia...As a human being we always forgot the kindness...and it always happen when the person that we trust, we love and we care do something bad...and we will forgot the kindness of that person...but kalau dah bagi peluang byk kali tapi tak jugak berubah macammana tu? kaum hawa jugak yg di tindas...

Entahlah..sayang memang lah sayang...kadangkala benci tu coz geram sangat....Pepatah melayu ada mengatakan " Di luah mati mak, di telan mati bapak"......


Sedihlah...aku tak dapat nak marah2...bila marah, my heart beating very fast and macam nak pengsan or nak tumbuk dinding je...huhu...i need friends when im lonely like this...he never want to share his feelings..and how do i knw wht his problem..wht is true love than?? I think in this world, there are no true love...only true love to the Great Allah...

Birthday Areesa!!!

Assalamualaikum to all...and hi...

2 days we all sambut birthday areesa..on the actual day 21st and 22nd yesterday...

Yesterday...everything going smooth...Areesa very happy...Alisya,Qaireen and Danial pun happy...The food eventhough it simple but ...woalaw...yummy..especially fruit danish...yummy!

My Bro in-law,his wife and her daughter Alisya...My Good Friend Baizura and his son, danial and also Ramezan and  Awang with her daughter Qaireen...

My good friend, Rezuan unable to come cause his father car break down. But he is a really good friend..tidak mengecewakan,around 9pm rezuan dtg ke rumah chit chat together dgn my husband until late night...

Thanks to all...Areesa really loves all the presents....Thanks!

Menghargai masa yg ada..

Assalamualaikum and Hi to all the followers...

Hope you all will be my followers...pls add me... :)

Today, birthday areesa...early in the morning i boiled 2 eggs..Put some sugar to taste sweets and she only manage to eat half of it.. It's a chinese tradition what i've been told by my hubby...

We went to one of the popular shopping complex centre and she was very happy cause she can play 1 hour at the playground..its oke...after that,we buy groceries together with my mother in-law...

Late in the evening, i and my hubby have to attend meeting...Then, we went to R Cineplex to book a ticket to watch movie(Khurafat). After that we go back home and celebrate Areesa with a small birthday cake...She was very happy! Then,after Isyak, we have to move and watch the movie around 9pm...and at this time, i spend my time with my hubby....

For me, we should very thankful to Allah that we are still alive and still can share our happiness with others and also manage our time wisely to our beloved person...spend our time with my hubby and my daughter is very meaningful to me...

Hm...i feel sleepy and i have to sleep now....i need a rest...im very tired...tomorrow a lot of works to be done...I need to prepare sandwiches...caramel pudding...and bla bla bla...oke...Good night!Oh! its 12.46am! Should i say good night? Whatever....

21st January 2011

Hi...Dian nak cerita sikit tentang memori 2 tahun lepas...2 weeks before due...mengidam macam2..pizza from Pizza Ria which i lama dah tak makan...i think maybe 3 years...and chocolate drinks dari Starbuck and Coffebean...

Before due date, kawasan rumah i banjir..so i have to stay at my anty house..sebelah rumah je...nasib baik...so worried at that time if my baby tak sabar nak keluar...so my mum always talk to my baby that she have to wait until the flood is ok..huahhaaa...after flood my baby pun susah nak keluar...

Teringat pada 18th January 2009, Dian terpaksa pergi ke hospital kerana dah overdue 2 weeks...supposed my baby delivered on 8th January 2009. But doctor bagi time 1 week extra... Ingat lagi time tu AJL...So i watched AJL kat hospital...haha...My hubby cakap yang heran nya, i nie penakut tapi bila kat hospital jadi berani...tak takut hantu ke? For me, malas nak fikir hal hantu2...buat menyemak fikiran je...lebih baik fikir macam mana nak cepat bersalin...

Selama 3 hari di hospital, Dian banyak berkenalan dengan org di hospital tu..Ada yg pesakit baik...ada yg sombong..hm...so wht...as long im happy coz i ada tolong org yg need my help..mcm2 ragam  dapat di lihat...

Bayangkan 3 hari di hospital and 3 hari di induce but no result...only open 1 cm since first day! And that 3days, i meet all new people... Wow..sakitnya menahan nak bersalin...Macaam-macam cara dah cuba...minum air selusuh lah..ape lagi yek..mcm2 lah...but one thing i tak lupa...tiap mlm i baca Yassin...And the last day...doctor informed me that i have to operate-Cesarean...Rasa nak menangis pun ada..teringat time tu i call  my mum n my hubby.mintak maaf to them.....They all nervous...
Oh ya, still remember early in the morning my hubby sent my favourite kuih "Resolles" and i ate it after the doctor warning me not to have my breakfast cause im going to the operation room soon...for me...who cares...im hungry...at that moment i dont knw that there is a reason..hahaha... Luckily nothing bad happened...and also Luckily operation postponed around 3pm..So i managed to see my hubby...huhu...And on 21st January 2009 around 3.31pm..3.39kg..My baby Nur Areesa Humaira come to a new world!

Hi there..

This coming Friday, 21st  is my daughter birthday...wow...tick tock tick tock...its 2 years ago when i heard her voice in operation theater room..wow..that was 2 years ago.....but for me..i don't feel getting older..i still feel that i'am still early 25! hahaha....
My husband and I will spent our time with her on this 21st....hope Areesa will love it...

On Saturday, i'am planning to have a simple birthday party for her..and "ada bacaan doa semoga panjang umur and semuanya selamat" just a simple as i can...but i'am worry because in a calendar, it is a "king tide"...so if its flood, how bout the birthday party..i should plan from today...but my husband waiting for my decisions..hmm...headache...

I have to prepare everything from A to Z...just like last year...
thinking to have Birthday Party High Tea...
:- goodies bag fills with chocolate, sweets and etc... maybe some cup cakes...hmm.. i like fruit danish...oke..maybe some pies...and maybe i just order from the Delizze.. and i'll make some sandwiches...hmm..what else ya? i think to fry nuggets..and make cream puff..and caramel pudding..order from my aunty fried bee hoon...is is too heavy high tea?or changes it with pizza...wow...it cost a lot than...how bout fried chickens..? Fruits...how bout oranges?....
